I just happened to find this awesome item browsing the net for a product to help my daughter and sons face clear up. I must say that so far it seems to work great. My daughter and sons are in there Teens now and of course so is there over active ACNE. I have seen a very big difference in the time it takes for them to go away. Since, I started using the Acne Blue Red LED Light Therapy Bulb. What would take a week or more to clear up is now clearing up in two or three days. I really feel that your getting your moneys worth here. And I do plan to buy many more down the line.

I used to pay this light threatments to local beauty shop until I find this product. After couple weeks testing and after years of trying to make skin beter I can surely recommend this product. Led light treatment makes my skin colour better and seem to prevent acne too. Im allready plannig to purchase this same product with mnore leds.

Also Im from Europe with different voltage and so and needed some help to get this product work and get everything from the seller right away. So this could be considered as a excellent purchase.

The light from this LED is VERY DIM which means it does not produce a lot of photons of light.

It produces a SMALL AMOUNT of light in the 415nm and 660nm range, yet you can just take any ordinary 100-Watt bulb or 100-Watt Equivalent Compact Florescent Lamp (CFL) in any color temperature and that will produce a LOT MORE LIGHT in the 415nm and 660nm range than this.

I don't know the exact numbers, but a general 100-Watt bulb (or equivalent CFL) would probably produce several fold if not 10 fold the amount of photos in the 415nm and 660nm range that this LED produces.

Time-wise, I recommend 15 minutes per day or 15 minutes every other day when busy, but it is important to have a strong bulb.

The key is to get the most photons within the 415nm and 660nm range as you can so try a stronger all-around bulb in any color temperature (remember, white light consists of every color in the visible spectrum, so that includes blue/violet and red). In essence, white light has everything, so you get the blue/violet and red and the rest is extraneous. The quantity of light is important which is why I recommend a strong bulb than this.
