| I do not take this product every day but when I feel my mood slipping I go and take it and a B complex and wow what a difference! But even better was my first experience with this several years ago...when I was trying to quit smoking. I tried everything and failed repeatedly...turns out this was the key to getting my mind to stop the uncontrollable cravings! Not that it took all the work out of quitting, but it sure gave me the control I needed to say no and kick the habit...and never went back! The company is great too, they grow the herbs, and the capsules are vegetarian as well. All natural, no side effects, and great results. |

What happens with me and my adrenal fatigue is, after a week or so of not taking an adrenal support supplement, I feel spacey, fatigued all the time like jet-lag, and have trouble sleeping. I used to take Vital Nutrients adrenal support and I guess its my system, but I would always feel sleepy when I took it, and if I took too much I would feel sleepier, and it made my stomach upset. So, when I ran out of it, I decided to try this Gaia Herbs brand because of the price, and the quality is great! I love organic products when I can afford them. I only take this when I feel a lag in energy, and my lack of energy is decreasing since I began taking this product.
Also, although it recommends 2 a day (twice), I don't take two, usually just one, and only once a day. Then if I still feel tired I take another. On very stressful days, I take two at a time. I have GAD and this product helps me handle stress and feel relaxed when otherwise my anxiety would drain my adrenal glands to the point of dysfunction. I highly recommend this product to relieve your stress and fatigue. I only drink coffee in the morning, and I never recommend caffeine in the evenings, but that is one thing that many people do which drains their adrenals. Just a little FYI - try this instead!!
I'm not sure if its affecting my weight but I have lost weight since I started taking it... Which I'm happy about. Heh. |

| I tried a couple products but this is probably the best. I actually pair this with a ginseng-based product that seems to work well. My mood is better, my energy is increased, and my concentration is great! This product is highly recommended. If everyone took this and felt as much better as I did the world would be a better place! |

| I have tried other adrenal products on the market but none of them compare to the effectiveness of this product. I often get asked if I can feel a difference. My answer is, "I sure can tell when I forget to take my adrenals". This is an excellent product. |

| I know this works well (for me) because I took one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. until one full bottle was gone. I am also taking a few other vitamins, supplements and amino acids (L-Tryptophan in particular is excellent) so when I finished the bottle of Adrenal Health I thought I'd wait and see how I felt or even if it made a difference.... I have a noticed a definite "drag" in my mood and physical energy since I ran out of this a week ago. I was really puzzled because I have not changed my nutrition at all (no processed foods, no sugar) and then I saw the empty bottle and remembered my little experiment! Of course. So, now I am back to order another bottle. The good thing about things like this product and L-Tryp, etc., is that once your body has built it's reserves back up then you can stop taking them, unlike Prozac or other artificial meds that just trick your body into thinking you have something you don't, there-by bankrupting your system even further than when you started taking the meds... hence increased doses and side effects. I am living proof that you can get off of anti-depressants & SSRI uptake inhibitors, etc., for good. Read The Mood Cure by Dr. Julia Ross, here at Amazon. It will change your life for the better. | Having passed the meridian of life (one would think), a vegetarian for over thirty-five years now, vegan, raw for over a decade cumulatively, 90% frutarian from 1978-1982, mostly in the tropics - personal acquaintance of a number of "health pioneers" - I offer you my opinion: GAIA HERBS is creating a REVOLUTION on the supplement/remedy shelf of your health food store. Their products are uniformally FANTASTIC!!! I never used supplements at all - until my forties - and then, well, unless you live in a remote, stress-free, environmentally unchallenged part of the world (perhaps an imaginary world will do at this piont - thank you Uncle Sam) - the wheels begin to fall off. That drowsy bedtime feeling at around 4-5 pm??? No - it's not love in the afternoon (remember how it was when you got home from high school - long, long ago - anyone ready to boogie?) - it's the natural degeneration of your adrenal glands. You can junk the spirulina, shilajit, immortal mushrooms, ma huang, etc - very good and expensive supplements. Take two GAIA HERB ADRENAL HEALTH CAPS IN THE AM - and party out - the stuff is awesome - not cheap - but will not break you at the bank - and worth every penny. Goes right to the root of the biggest problem of aging. |

| I highly recommend this product to anyone , who needs some help relaxing and fight the stress, (besides yoga ) . I didn't expect much , I just wanted to try something to help me relax a little . This product worked for me after a week later . I started feeling so much better and relaxed . Without my control I stopped worrying and my thoughts were much more calmer . It worked like a magic ! The results were drastic and I LOVED it . My family noticed the changes in me as well . I wake up much happier , my day is much calmer , my afternoons are much better and I sleep like a bear in his winter sleep . Try it and You won't be sorry .Worth every penny and I will buy more if I need it . |

| I've used these when I needed a milder support. They're good. The ones I find better/more effective for me are by Integrative Therapeutics--they seem stronger, but you don't get a racy feeling at all. It depends on what type of adrenal support you need. |

| The Adrenal Health capsules from Gaia seem to be very effective against stress - but the Amazon subcontractor who sent them (very promptly and at a very good price) needs to CHANGE ITS PACKING MATERIAL. Masses of non-recyclable materials are not acceptable. |
