| This one could appeal to a variety of fragrance lovers as it seems to find that middle ground in preferences. It's not too spicy, not sickeningly sweet. It's not trying to do too much. Just effortless. One thing I like about this, you're not at risk at dousing yourself and offending other noses. I hate smelling or leaving a trail of perfume in the air. This one has restraint. Staying power is debatable but it's such a wonderful, confident woman scent, I gave it 5 stars. |

| I received the 2.5oz bottle of Code by Armani as a gift on my birthday, AND another one for Christmas. Two different occasions and from 2 different people. Serendipity had it: I had finally found a perfume I would stick with. The mixture diffuses a very agreeable and attractive smell that screams "femme(woman)!" but I do not find it to be girly-girly. The scent is not "agressive" at all for lack of a better word. It also helps that just a few sprays are all that one needs for a scent that lasts all day. As a woman in my late 20s, I find that this perfume complements what I strive to be like: simple yet distinguished; sweet but yet strong; self-assured and determined but yet light-hearted and happy :o)! |

| I love this scent. Hands-down, it's my favorite warm scent. It's very similar to Hugo's "Deep Red." This is a great scent for dates, going out, or when you want to just...feel sexy. It's more of a winter scent and may be too warm for summer, but I highly recommend it. It has great staying power and the scent definitely grabs attention. |

Bought the Armani Code for my wife a few weeks ago & liked it so much that i ordered it for my sister as well.
There are a lot of nice scents out there but the Armani Code is one of the best right now.... at least from my point of view.

I purchased this perfume while searching for something professional, yet feminine, to wear to work. What I ended up with is a pleasant floral/musk fragrance that I receive many compliments on, and a pretty bottle that looks nice on my dresser.
The fragrance starts out with a spicy scent of citrus and ginger with a sweeter jasmine and vanilla undertone. After about twenty to thirty minutes, the scent becomes more musky, like sandalwood, but still retaining the pleasant, light floral scent underneath. The overall fragrance lasts for a full work day, and I often receive compliments on the fragrance even late in the afternoon or early evening, after approximately ten to twelve hours of wear.
This is one of my favorite perfumes, at least partly because of what it is NOT: Armani Code for women is never overly sweet and flowery, edibly fruit-scented, nor beach and ocean-ish. Instead, it is a pleasant mix of musk and feminity that pairs well with my long working day. Although the Armani advertisements I have seen tend to bill this item as ultra-sexy, femme fatale material, I generally use this scent as "work" perfume rather than "date" perfume.
Also, if you like to display your perfume bottles (as I do), the bottle has a curvy shape with a nice pattern and an unusual purple color. |

| While in Sephora planning to buy Fantasy By Britney Spears I came across the Armani Code. It was kinda hard to miss since there was this GIGANTIC Poster advertising it. So I thought there's no harm testing it right?? I sprayed a little bit on a test strip and fell IN LOVE with it. It smells amazing!!!! It mainly smells like Lavendar to me which is one of my favorite scent. It lasts for about maybe 4 hours so if you go to school or work you might need 1 or 2 refreshes. I spray about 2 squirts each. Also on the days that you want to try something different I recommand the Pink Sugar by Aquolina and Miracle Intense by Lancome. |

I love trying new fragrances, and when I came across this yesterday and tried it on, - I became hooked instantly. It's a beautiful perfume that is somewhat floral and fruity at the same time, but isn't too overpowering and for me, lasted quite a while.
The packaging is great. It's fresh looking and pretty, but it's the fragrance itself that hooked me. I got a few comments on it right away, so I think I'm going back to the store to buy some. It might be a little too heavy for hot summer days, but perfect for winter. I think this will definately suit cooler climates better, or if it's too hot, it will probably become sickly and too strong. If you like the blend of fruit and floral, this is for you. It's stunning and different. I love it. |

Armani always has very classical scents and I was looking for a perfume that would be in a way sophistocated and classic (rather than trendy and teeny-boppy), so when I saw CODE (I must say the beautiful bottle caught my eye), I figured I'd try it...
I immediately liked the smell but wondered if it was too subtle. I kept smelling my wrist on my way home and decided to go out and buy it the next day. To my surprise everytime I wear it, I get compliments from men and they want to know what I'm wearing. They really love it. It's definitely a keeper and even though I don't smell it on me much at all, it lasts all day as I receive compliments at the very end of the day as well. I think if you like gourmand type perfumes and are not much into the girlee-girl perfume, you'll love CODE! |

This is one of the most beautiful, sexy scents currently on the market. If you are a gourmand/oriental fragrance lover (examples of which include Thierry Mugler's Angel or Angel Innocent, Bvlgari's Omnia, Calvin Klein's Euphoria, or Burberry's Brit - all of which I own and wear regularly without longevity issues - see next paragraph) then I would highly recommend this fragrance. Sweet, but in a sexy, subtle musky way.
I would bathe myself in this fragrance if I could. And I should. As noted by the previous reviewer, this fragrance is gone in flash. I give myself about 5 hearty sprays of this in the morning, including two directly misted onto my clothing in an effort to extend the fragrance, but it is gone by noon. This is truly perplexing. Every other Giorgio Armani frangrance that I own, including Sensi, Emporio She, and Armani Code for Men (also great for women), can go the distance.
This is supposed to be Eau de Parfum, but wears very much like Eau de Toilette. Someone seriously skimped on the oil base. It that doesn't trouble you terribly, pick this one up. If you want something similar that will last through the entire day and most of the night, and particularly love the musk component of this fragrance, then I would wholeheartedly recommend checking out Narciso Rodriguez's "For Her" or "Musc for Her" instead. |

| I absolutely love this scent. I'm not one for super girly floral perfume, and Armani Code offers something different. It does have floral notes, but it's also much darker, muskier, and sexier, with oriental undertones. My only complaint is that it doesn't last very long, which is a major bummer...otherwise I would have given this fragrance five stars. |

i was interested in buying this, so i went to my usual department store and it was not in and as i have had very good experiences with amazon, as well as the fact they are usually quite fast with shipping, i decided to order here. i had heard horror stories about products like this not coming from a legitimate retailer & i was concerned about the fact that i was ordering perfume online so i emailed amazon to make sure that if there were any problems, it would be recognized and taken care of and they assured me that there would be no problems with returns for a matter such as this.
when i received the package, i opened it to find that the shrink wrap was not that of a department store. i immediately became frustrated because it was uneven and didn't seem to even stick to itself and kind of just fell off. the box appeared to be fine, though. i even looked online at images of what the box and bottle were supposed to look like and checked all the labels to make sure it was made by armani and it did not appear to be a fake.
i am still not sure why the wrap was the way it was, but the box, bottle, scent & quality seemed to be on-point. perhaps this was sold by someone in the reselling industry, but they could have done a better job at not scaring their customers right off the bat. i am thankful, though, that it did seem to be the actual product and that the quality was that of the department store that i typically shop at. (the only thing i would have wanted to know was the actual seller since this probably wasnt armani at the point of sale, just so i could ask the questions i was curious about) |

| I received a gift set that included eau de parfum, shower gel and body lotion. It smells terrific, but I wonder if I have a bad batch because the scent does not last an hour. This is the first time that's ever happened. I even tried showering with the gel, applied the body lotion and finished with the parfum. In two hours I couldn't smell it at all. I am going to try a tester from my local department store and see if that lasts. If so I'll know it was a fluke. |

| I liked Code when I was at the department store, and I liked the samples I took home. It was a nice understated musky but feminine scent. When I ordered it online, it smelled different--too musky without the femininity. I wrote to Amazon and I was sent another bottle which is maybe a little better. I wonder if the scent gets damaged in transit due to the very hot weather? |

| I sprayed a tester sheet at a perfume counter with this scent. After shopping a bit, I went back and decided to buy it. It's nice and light, but after wearing it for the first time, I realized it's TOO light. I couldn't even smell it when I held my wrist to my nose. The second time, I decided to apply more. I must've used 6-7 sprays and still, only a lingering aroma. For the amount you have to use and the faintness of the scent, I wouldn't recommend it. |
