i was told by my doctor to start using this up to two days prior to surgery to reduce bleeding, and a week after. i was surprised that a surgical doctor would recommend a homeopathic medicine, so i used it. sure enough, i continued to use it a week after, and it did seem to aid in healing. i would say this is a good product, and lives up to its use.

I have been using arinca pellets for years anytime I get hurt, or anytime I sprain a musule because it removes swelling and brusing as if it were magic.

I am only 5 days out from major plastic surgery: tummy tuck, breast lift and implants and am surprised that I don't look like i just got beat up. Actually I have no visibly bruising at this point. My plastic surgeon recommended it and I started using it according to directions 3 weeks prior and am still using it. I can't say it is a wonder drug but I can say why on Earth would you not use this product??!! There no harm in taking it and possible benefits of reduced bruising. It's easy and doesn't have an unpleasant taste. The only thing is make sure you read how to get the product out of the container, it's a little tricky if you don't read how! You can't touch the pills so it's a fancy twist dispenser. Good Luck!!
