| I love this curling brush. It heats up super quickly, has so many settings and a turbo heat button for an extra shot of heat on hard to curl areas. I use it in the morning to straighten out kinks from sleeping, straighten and smooth my hair, flip it under or out, or add some waves. It has a nice long cord, too. I think a brush is less damaging than a curling iron because there's no clamp and you don't hold it in the same place as long. If you haven't tried a brush, this is the one to try. Note that this is a brush that heats up, NOT a brush that blows hot air - it's for use on dry hair only. |

| So, I am a consumer that likes to read reviews before I buy things, especially off the internet. I came across the many positve reviews on this product and since I was looking specifically for a heated hair brush to replace my **Air** heated curling brush/hair dryer I decided that I'd get this model. After a week of owning this I am sooo happy I bought it!It heats up super fast compaired to any reguler curling iron I've tried. The ease that comes from styling my hair VS. trying to blow dry/curl at the same time saves me time overall too which is important for any lady that wants to look good quick. My hair has a more finished smooth look to it VS. the air heated brush which leaves my hair a bit frizzy and not a lot of curl at all. Best of all, if I let my normally fairly straight hair air dry completly this product by itself smooths out the waves and leaves me with great soft curls that last. Shipping was quick, this product delivers desired results, the price is right on and I am even thinking about getting one of these as a gift for my mom. I recommend this highly to anyone that wants that extra dazzle for their hair. |

After a lot of searching, I finally found the product I had been wanting. The brush holds in the many layers of my shoulder-length hair, and with the larger diameter, it results in soft curls and curves. It heats up quickly, plus it has a plastic cap on the end so I don't burn my fingers. I highly recommend this hot brush for those with longer hair that don't want tight curls.

gave up my search! They are just not out there anymore, big or small.
Amazon.com never disappoints me; they have them in every shape and size.
This Conair BC86RCS 1 1/4" is the best! I have very fine shoulder length hair that has some natural wave. This curling brush is wonderful because it gets very hot; (unlike some curling brushes)the heat is adjustable and it has a large knob on the end to hold on to. The 1 1/4" is a great size for my hair...not too big; it gives a great wave and curl; and not too small to get tangled in my fine hair. I'm ordering another one for my travel bag! |

I have curly hair that hangs in ringlets. I am too lazy to blow dry. This product is so awesome! You can just air dry your hair, or even wake up in the morning, go plug this in, and within 60 seconds, begin using it. Just brush your hair with it, and it makes the curls disappear. They just melt. So easy to use.

| I've bought a hot brush very similar to this before and wore the old one out because I use it every day. I like the size of the barrel and I like that you can set the temperature to suite your needs. It's dual voltage, which is perfect for travel and the auto shut off is great. You never have to worry whether you forgot to turn it off in the morning. Hope it's still available when I wear this one out. |

| This is an awesome product! I'm not a person who likes to spend a lot of time fixing my hair and this product removes my frizzies and gives a great bouncy curl or wave instantly. I hardly spend any time fixing my hair (I have long, layered hair) and this has been a godsend! Styling is a snap! Gone is sandwiching my hair between two hot plates of an iron and the curling the end. All I do is slide the brush through my hair and gently curl the ends and viola! I look great! | I give this product a 5-star rating. It heats up very quickly and easily adjusts to higher or lower heat settings as per my hair's needs. My hair tends to be thin and wispy, so the bristle features make it easy to wrap and hold each section when styling. The bristles also help to keep the barrel away from my scalp and skin so I do not get burns. As I could not locate a 1-1/4 inch curling-iron with the brush in any local stores, I am thankful to have acquired it online. |

I drove to numerous stores - I searched EVERYWHERE - they are not available in stores now. I ordered this brush in the 1 1/4 inch size, and soon after I also sent for the 3/4 inch one. These are the best curling brushes I have ever had, and I have had a lot of them over the years.
They heat up in a minute or less and stay hot during use. The variable heat control works great. I have found the "instant on" type of brush to be fairly short-lived, but since these come with a two-year warranty, I am expecting more from them.
Other reviewers have noted that you can get a few strands of hair caught between the handle and the barrel (on the larger brush), and I have had this happen but it has not been a significant issue for me.
I definitely recommend these. |

It would still work with persistance in clicking the buttons but I could not depend upon how many times it might take. I love the way my hair looks when I just come out of the salon and this hot brush comes really close to giving me that look. It's great because it has a plastic tip that you can hold onto to help with the curling without burning yourself. You can also get pretty close to the scalp to tame those little fly-away hairs without burning your face or scalp as well. My only peeves were that it does not get as hot as I'd like it to and my hair is not as smooth as I thought it would be, it leaves my hair kinda frizzy at first. I'll have to say I really like this brush! I honestly tried the InStyler before and wasn't as easy to use as this brush. I have a long, straight and thick hair. What I like about it is that it heats up fast, it has different heat settings ( I usually use it on 20), and it doesn't pull my hair. If I just washed my hair I blow dry it a little bit and then use the brush to curl my ends. Because my hair is straight I have to use a little hair spray to make it last longer. I read before someone had trouble with tangling?! This is my first hot hair brush and I have no experience with it and no problem! If it does happen to tangle a little I haven't have any problems unrolling it! So with this brush you can make some waves, loose curls and straighten your hair (not like a flat iron though)! Another great thing the cord is long enough and doesn't tangle either and it doesn't burn your hair.
One thing I don't like it doesn't leave your hair nice and smooth, so it makes your hair look a little freeze. What I usually do is I just put on any hair product first like leave-in conditioner and in my case a little hair spray on the bottom of my hair. So if you want something to give volume to your hair this is your brush! |

| I really like this hot brush, I think it is useful. It is VERY easy to use and it works well. I've always been used to blow dryer my hair with a round brush to make it straight... I have thick, curly dry hair that needs some action to looks good! I can easily do my hair with this brush and be ok, but if I wanna a better look I still need to do my old ritual. When I style my hair with a blow dryer and round brush it keeps good for 2-3 days. But with this hot brush I have to model it every day. |

| This brush works as advertised, but I find it less satisfactory than either a curling iron or a hot air brush. There is no curl release as on a hot air brush, and each curl much be completely un-wound separately. For me, it's harder to keep the hair in place with this than with a regular curling iron. Just personal preferences, but this would be my third choice of the types of hair curlers available. |

I should have tested it first because it senged a portion of my hair. Didn't realized how hot this brush would get, so be careful! I have resulted back to my nano flat irons, they make my hair much smoother. However, I will continue to play with this brush from time-to-time and perhaps, I will become better at using it. |

i have been a professional stylists for many, many years. "time is money" and i dont want to spend my time nor my money on a product that is less than adequit for the job. this iron was NOT hot enough to do the job...fine hair, course hair, it didnt matter. i have a great curling brush that is perfect for the job, however, the bristles have "cooked" over the years and i havent been able to find the same product again. just going to have to keep looking but i can assure you that i wont order from the west coast again. it cost me $9.70 to return it and the iron was only $22.57. |
