Really great cushion....exactly what I needed

I started to have problems with circulation and numbness in my lower legs while driving long distances. My car is only 4 1/2 year old, yet I finally figured out it was likely the seat, and I could not adjust the angle of the seat so that I didn't have this problem. I decided that a cushion which propped me up so that I wasn't sinking down in the seat might help avoid the swelling in my legs.

I purchased this cushion after looking at the reviews for all the others, and this one looked the best. It is really comfortable, seems durable so far, and I have not had any more issues with circulation/numbness while driving. Problem solved!
Great with from those with a Broken Tail bone

I have a broken tail bone and for the last 3 years have been just dealing with the pain. I have one of these now, but am going to get another two, so that I can have one for the car, one for home, and one for work. A huge help for anyone with a Coccyx issue. I couldn't be happier. If you use a "donut" pillow seat, throw it away and get this.

I thought that this seat would help me out on my 1.5 hour commutes to work and back. Unfortunately it is just a piece of foam that sits on top of my car seat. I thought that it would be a more advanced foam, like the memory foam and offer more support. It doesn't. It helped for a bit but for $47 it is WAY overpriced for what it is. If it was $20, I'd think it was passable. Not impressed at all.
