| I tried this product for the purpose of cleansing only. I had a wonderful addition since I lost a few inches around the stomach while cleansing. I took 2 sets of pills each morning and found that I had to take a bathroom break after each meal. I watched my intake of food and found this product worked very well for me. Good Luck! |

Nature's Secret - Ultimate Cleanse has been a pleasant surprise for me. I tried this product after reading about it in Dr.Janet Macarro's wonderful book Natural Health Remedies.

Because I have certain medications that I have to take, I have a large tendency to become impacted. This is a very painful condition and generally makes me feel sick all over. Nature's Secret - Ultimate Cleanse helps to sweep debris from the colon in a very gentle, and effective way.
I have tried numerous products both prescription and over the counter and they do not compare. Often they cause more damage. This product far surpasses those others and is natural, not harming my system. Simple, uncomplicated guidelines allow you to use the product immediately.

| I have used this product before years ago just when I was getting into herbal supplements. At that time it took very long and I had tons of craps...now that I have taken it as more of a maintenance detox. I notice immediate results but, with very little detox symptoms...so for those of you who wrote cramping you may need to just stick with it as eventually as you cleanse it gets better...also very helpful to to take Primal Defense with this product. It helps ease the craping... |

Woah, does it work!! I had to cut back on the intervals recommended on the directions, just so I could go out and be human.
But it SURE cleanses!
After cutting back on my own specific dosage, it still worked but I didn't have to "run out of the office" several times a day.......
It's a good cleanse!! And yes, I DO recommend it for you Amazonians out there -- just try it at home for the first few days to get an idea of what it does for you, as you may have to adjust your dosage too.

| I've used this product twice a year now for about 5 years and beleive it really helps tune up your digestive system. Prices vary greatly so shop around. The retail is about $30 but you can be found for under $20. |

I am just starting with the product today and to be the first day I can tell it is working because I went to the bathroom nicely, I can say at first you feel like a tickling sensation in your abdomen like a feeling that you gonna get diarrhea but is not; that's just the fact that it is working and cleaning your colon and you feel like that.
I wont be explicit but I took a nice day in the toilet =)
So far is working for me...!!! |

Once it was on track in 3 or 4 days, I was going the 2 to 4 times a day
steady and never got the runs or diaria. It appears to beat out the oxygen based pills I had gotten earlier. Positive and economical. |

| First off, for the first few days you use this stuff,, STAY CLOSE TO A TOILET!, and drink lots of water. Especially if you are using it to get regular. You will evacuate quite a lot. I only take on tablet of each with breakfast and stay regular. I imagine if I used the recommended dose which I believe is one or two of each with each meal, I'd be on the toilet around the clock. |

| This is a terrific cleanse. I could actually feel toxins leaving through my eyes and ears. (Burning pain) and it caused me to have the symptoms of a cold while toxins left my sinuses and lungs. I highly recommend this product. I do not feel, however that it is a total cleanse. In order to have that, one must also fast. I believe the lemonade fast is the best total cleanse, but before hand, one should take a milder cleanse to keep from going through a health crisis as so many toxins leave your system. If you plan on going through a more thorough cleanse afterward, or if you just want a great cleanser, I believe this is a great product. To get the best results, while on the cleanse, stay away from processed foods, fried foods, milk products and beef. Eat more fruits and vegetables. |

| I have been on the product for 3 weeks as of this writing; and, it works as it claims. I am regular for the first time in memory ( I am 62). I definitely feel less bloating,less cramping, and thankfully, less constipation. My personal regimen is to take 1 herbal and 1 fiber the first thing in the morning before breakfast. I am good for the day. I have more energy and I like the way my GI tract is on a normal balance each day. |

| I just finished the 30 day cleanse last week. I did it for the entire 30 days. I never used the bathroom so much in my life - but it was a wonderful thing. I felt "cleaned" out and I like that - the bloating went away, my tummy was flatter, my skin looked brighter and I lost 6 pounds!! However, one week after the cleanse I have gained most of it back and I am feeling constipated again - this is not a permanent cleanse but I definitely enjoyed feeling great for 30 days. I would try this product again. |

| This product is a great cleanser that you will find out very quick flushes your system. I do not think it is healthy to use this over long periods of time given its stress on your liver. I just eats lots of fruits and veggies now as opposed to supplements, but i think this option is a lot healthier than other products out there. |

| I used this product and not exactly as the directions stated. This product will get your bowels moving. For myself personally I do experience discomfort/cramping regularly with this product. Some people have commented that you feel the toxins coming out, etc but personally that was not my experience. I do feel confident that the variety of herbs is well balanced and I am happy to do a cleanse in this way versus a single herb supplement. I would recommend this product and it is on Amazon for an exceptionally good price. I will try this product again following the directions exactly. Also, be advised that you want to have a bathroom close by at all times when using this product and preferably a private use bathroom. |

This cleansing kit is very simple and easy to complete. Simply take a combination of herb and fiber supplements (in this kit) in addition to a balanced diet (no red meat) and plenty of water. The plan takes 30 days and at the end of it I was having regular bowel movements, twice a day.
The plan is very simple and requires few sacrifices, I didn't lose any weight but it was worth the regularity. |

| I haven't yet gone through a 'detox' regimen with this product yet, but I must say that it definitely has an impact on the digestive system. I wouldn't use it for an extremely prolonged period of time due to the warnings on the back of one of the bottles, but for what it's worth, I'm glad I bought it. |

| I've been on this cleansing program for about 2 weeks. I sometimes feel my intestines being squeezed but I think it's psychological. In all I think it works depending on the how many pills you take. You start off with one of each (the herb and fiber) and then increase it until you have a couple bowel movements per day. I take 3 of each pill in the morning and night and I really don't want to take more even though it doesn't seem to do what it says except make me feel like I have a constant stomachache. It's really bearable but just seems like a lot of pills to put in my body. But since it's temporary I suppose it is okay. |

| This product seems to be working, but I have experienced severe headaches, almost like a sinus pressure aching in my temples. Last night after taking it, the headache I already had intensified, and I experienced strong anxiety and a painful burning sensation in my throat-- I felt like I had to vomit but I stuck it out, and eventually the symptoms subsided, but I still have this burning in my throat? Anyone had the same experience with this? I know from the reviews that cold/flu- like symptoms are natural the first week or so on the program, but what I'm experiencing seems like a but much. I'm only on my 3rd day, and this is my first cleanse, so I suppose I should stick to the morning dose only...? |

| I've been on it for almost a week and so far it has done nothing but give me cramps. I've been drinking plenty of water to supplement the intake of the pills, but I haven't had any 'magical' BM's at all. In fact, it's made me go less. I've only gone four times this whole week. |

| The pills are huge. And you have to take more then one, usually about three of each. It takes about a few days for the product to begin working. I did notice less bloating. That is about it. Overall the product is ok. There was no cramping of any sort. |

| I hate to give this product a bad review because it seems like a good company with good prices and environmentally-responsible practices. But this product just didn't work for me, even at the maximum dosage of 6 pills twice a day. All I got was bad gas cramps. In fact I may have been a little more constipated than usual (sorry to be so graphic, but hey it's a colon cleanser!) The instructions say some people just have "sluggish colons" and they need to use the company's Super Cleanse product, but since UC didn't work even slightly, I'm reluctant to try any more of their products. The 2 stars is for the good value price for quantity of pills and the large variety of natural ingredients. I bought another herbal product called Colon Clenz at Wal-Mart that works much better, although it's just for 1- or 2-day use, not meant to be a whole-body detoxifier like UC. |

I had high hopes for this product to help in elimating toxins in my body but so far I have been disappointed. I am going to continue taking this for 1 more week and see if I get any results. |

| I bought this product anticipating what many of the reviews said - hoping to feel rejuvenated and detoxified. Sadly, I did not have the same results many users have. I consider myself a healthy person - but was expecting some "results". I continued to do the regimen for a week and a half and was not seeing any drastic changes. I am not a fan of black licorice and one of the herbal pills had it in there. Just having it pill in my mouth for 3 seconds, almost caused me to have the gag reflex.... wished it would have had some coating over the pills. I will just stick to my Trust Nutrition fiber pills and Pride Nutrition products that work A LOT better. |
