Great with a water pik or better with a SinuPulse

I have used the SinuPulse SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System for sometime and it is the best nasal irrigation system available but the nice thing about the SinuPulse tip is that it has been designed to fit most standard water pik models as well. So if you have a Water Pik around the house dust it off and use the SinuPulse tip. It's great for extra family members that don't want to upgrade to the SinuPulse System or are not sure. Check your Water Pik model, it fits almost all models WP20; WP30; WP32; WP60; WP70; and WP72, however, it does not fit the cordless models or the WP100.
Finally a company that creates products that have universal designs and can be used in more than one application rather than the proprietary products which serve to only line their pockets by forcing consumers to buy products they may not want or can't afford.
Anyway great product but if you can afford the SinuPulse system I recommend it. |
Works with my Waterpik

| Another reviewer said it did not work with their Waterpik, but I use this with an old Waterpik that no one else uses (the WP60W model) and it is like a match made in heaven. Maybe it doesn't work with the fancier waterpiks, I just don't know. But for me, it clicks in perfectly. With the way the economy is right now I just don't have the money for the full Sinupulse system. Although the Waterpik may be a bit loud it is a thousand times better than my neti pot or any hypertonic spray bottle I've ever tried. I imagine it can't be that different from the Sinupulse, functionally speaking. I've been using it for two months now and I haven't had any problems with clogging. I'll keep using it for my sinuses until the waterpik dies. If it comes down to that I'll then save up the money and get the real thing. |
Try it with a waterpik:

After reading all the reviews I saved some money by buying this tip and putting it on a waterpik. The warranty is for the waterpik is 2yrs instead of the irrigation systems that are for only 1yr!
How economical. The top rubbery blue tip is easily removed and placed on a waterpik tip for a perfect fit.
This is so much better than my neti pot. |
works with almost any water pik

Bought a couple more of these tips for additional family members to use with our SinuPulse. But for you folks that want to use it with a water pik it really is a great universal nasal irrigator tip that works with almost all water piks not just the models shown. I used it with my Water Pik and it worked perfectly before my Water Pik died and I decided to upgrade to the SinuPulse which it works with as well which I appreciated. So many companies make stuff that only works with one item and when you change out you need to order all new stuff.
The only models it does not fit are the cordless ones which should not be used for nasal irrigation anyway since they don't have the power or the water capacity and the saline will kill them. The other is the Water Pik Ultra model WP100 which is real expensive at somewhere around $60.00 and way overpriced. If you can afford that much I would really suggest just getting the SinuPulse system which I ended up doing and could not be happier. We like to keep around some extra tips for traveling other family members etc. Greet product that can be used with Water Pik or SinuPulse.

Works with my Waterpik WP-60

| I got this attachment for my Waterpik WP-60 and it works great. It fits snugly with no leaks, and using it has really helped my sinus problems. The package says it's only for the Sinupulse Elite, but it fit my Waterpik perfectly. |

| Finally a method to flush out my sinuses and control the amount of flush!! I have had a chronic sinus infection w/a suppressed immune system and flushing w/bottles just wasn't cutting it. I found this while looking around on Amazon, bought it as a last resort, and so far so good |
Back up Always useful

| This sinus irrigator is very useful as a back up, in case something happens to the original one that came with unit. There's nothing worse than have a part break or malfunction and have to wait days or weeks until you can get a new one. It is ready to go, just in case! |

I bought this tip from Amazon after reading the online description that said that it would work with most Waterpik models. Turns out the model I had was not one of them (I have a small portable travel version that uses a smaller diameter tip). I realized this before opening the package and was able to return it to Amazon for a refund. The five star rating is for the Amazon return policy. This is the first time I have had to use it and it worked great. Thanks Amazon!
As for my existing Waterpik, I was able to adapt one of the existing tips to work as a nasal irrigator - not as well as this one would have worked - but I was able to put an old, otherwise unused, Waterpik to use. |

Works great with Waterpik. Webpage information conflicted with Product packaging that it only worked with SinuPulse system. |
Works well with a Waterpik

| I purchased this Sinupulse sinus tip to use with my Waterpik machine for sinus irrigation. Works very well. except you do have to take the rubber tip off the sinupulse stem and slip it onto a Waterpik tip stem because water will leak from incompatibility. The Waterpik tip is curved and won't line up with the hole in the sinus tip perfectly, but you get the same water pressure. I purchased a Waterpik instead of the Sinupulse machine because of water pump/motor issues and the warranty. I found in my research that many folks had issues with the Hydropulse and Sinupulse machines leaking and inevitably completely breaking anywhere between 6 and 14 months of regular use, and it only has a 1 year warranty- so if it breaks afer 12 months, you've got to spend another $100 for a new machine. The Waterpik has a 2 year warranty, and costs between $50 and $70 less, depending on which Waterpik model you buy. It was a no-brainer to go with the Waterpik and a sinus tip for sinus irrigation, which is a life-saver if you have moderate to severe sinus problems/allergies. I am very happy. |

| Good product. Used it with the "SinuAir Powdered Saline Convenient Packets" in the "WaterPik WP-60W Personal Dental Water Jet System." This was my first time to try any such item and it worked well to clear up my sinuses. |

| I paid extra money to get this item in a couple of days, instead it took the usually amount of time to get it. I would not bother paying more next time. The items is fine, works great with my machine, it's the shipping that was awful. |
Doesn't fit my Waterpik

| My old irrigator tip broke so I ordered this one, thinking it would fit my old WP-20. The base of the tip is too wide to fit. I'm still giving it 3 stars because I like using this system so much better than my old bulb rinse! Much less mess, easier to do, and a lot more comfortable. I think it rinses better too. |
Nasal irrigator made for the waterpik WP-70W and WP-100

I have a waterpik WP-100. I have tried to use irrigators made for nasal irrigator machines. They leak where the unit enters the waterpik handle causing weaker water flow and a mess. The units sold on EBAY at this address: [...]
are quality irrigators made to fit the waterpik.

Make your own for $7.49- Buy a Neilmed Sinus Rinse Bottle and use the tip!

| No need to purchase this "special" tip from Sinupulse! I already owned a Waterpik WM70 unit and have used a NeilMed Sinus Rinse Bottle (8oz) that I bought at Walgreens. I simply cut the tip off of the extra Waterpik irrigation tip (just past the 45 degree bend) and inserted it into the silicone tube/tip that comes with the Neilmed bottle. It fits perfectly and gives you the large tip necessary to maintain a proper seal for nasal irrigation. I use the 2nd setting on the Waterpik and it works perfectly. A very easy modification that works well. An added bonus is that you can return the Neilmed tube/tip for use with the 8oz bottle that came with it. |

| We bought this along with a water pik an and was advertised to work the water pik but it just didn't quite fit properly and sprayed more water out the side than through the nozzle. On the upside it was especially good a spraying everything w/in a 4ft radius. |
