| I have suffered 3 years with chronic sinus problems. I went on antibiotics which made me feel great -- temporarily. Then I started researching and found out that a sinus infection is most likely fungal based (check out the research on the Mayo Clinic website and other reputable medical websites). This means that antibiotics, while making a temporary cure, cause the problem to be worse, coming back with a vengeance. I checked into surgery, which also can be a temporary measure for some people. And then I found Sinus Buster and after 3 weeks of using this product, I literally came alive. It has been 6 months, and my sinus problem has not returned. I use it intermittently when my allergies or cold symptoms start to appear. THANK YOU SINUS BUSTER!!! |
"Desperate" measure has led to blessed relief...

I have suffered for over 30 years with allergies, sinus headaches, and migraines. I've used Flonase, Imitrex, Zomig, coke, artificial hormones, humidifier, hot teas, and many, many over the counter medications. I've also resorted to nasal irrigation. Many times the cure was worse than the disease. (Drugs can have such awful side-effects) At best I found little relief for a chronic, debilitating condition.
Sinus Buster hot pepper spray has worked by far the best of any remedy I've tried. I've tried the mild and found it completely ineffective for my needs but I have really bad headaches. However, the hot pepper spray will eventually clear my head and amazingly cure my headache. At times, I still need to rest, relax and keep quiet for a while after using the spray until I feel better. And for a really bad headache, I often have to use the spray approximately three times before my headache goes away. I now use the spray whenever my head is stopped up. I don't wait for a headache to start. This has helped prevent headaches. The spray causes my sinuses to start draining which relieves the pressure in my head.
I still am very careful with my diet. Low salt, no MSG or artificial additives, monitor blood sugar levels, avoid chocolate, etc. But most times I get a headache no matter what preventative measures I take.
When using the spray, there is a hot, burning sensation like after eating jalepeno but very soon the momentary burning becomes associated with welcomed relief. It's nothing compared to headache pain.
My husband hates hot, spicy food and was very skeptical when I first started using Sinus Buster. Then he began getting chronic sinus headaches and infections (antibiotics were useless) but refused to try my nasal spray until he started missing work because of headaches. (we live in a damp, moldy climate) Finally, in desperation, he tried Sinus Buster. He had to use it several times, then quietly stopped complaining about the headache. Later when I realized he was no longer complaining, he admitted that Sinus Buster had "cured" the headache. He hated to admit I was right. Now he carries his own bottle.
Sinus Buster doesn't work every time for a migraine, but it is by far the best relief I've ever found. Not only do I never leave the house without it, it is now the only remedy I use for a headache. No side effects! |

I had had my sinuses infected for about 12 years before I came across with Sinusbuster earlier this winter. I started using it as soon as the delivery of the product, and was more than happy to witness the progress of healing. I used it for two weeks, once in the morning and once before I went to bed at night. Short term results were flushed sinus fluid and an instant relief after each spray-session. Long term results have been almost-total draining of the infected sinus fluid, easier and better breathing through nasal passages, better sleep, better daily-mood, diminishing headache and overall raised quality of life.
I live in upstate NY and have spent several winters. Originally being from a much warmer climate, I thought I was not going to make it through my 7th year in the Northeast. Yet, I was proven wrong by this product. This has been the best single investment I have made on my health, and the fact that it is all-natural felt safe and comfortable.
I have been recommending the "Sinus Buster Hot Pepper Nasal Spray" to everyone that I know with a painful sinus infection and/or related issues. This is not your ideal product, if you are relatively dry. You ought to be "stuffed," in order to get the best out of this spray. Again, if you are dry and still suffering from sinus related headaches and such, then you should try the neti-pot.
I am not looking forward to ordering another bottle, since all I needed was half of my first order! Besides wearing a wool hat outdoors and drying my hair after each shower, my long-infected chronic sinus issues have been naturally and successfuly treated! I highly recommend that you consume natural papaya & pinapple enzyme tablets to thin the mucus throughout the year, especially during winter. This spray will work much better if your mucus is thin, since it will be much more likely to be flushed with less pressure and greater comfort. Good luck! |

The sinus buster really is the BEST of the natural nasal sprays I've tried...I'm out of it right now and sorely feeling its absence. My problem is chronic sinus infections. Allergy shots have helped me greatly but I still have minor flare-ups from time to time, and this is my go to product (besides heavy use of vitamin C and nasal irrigation).
Unlike other products that don't deliver what they claim, this works every time for my congestion, inflammation, and pain.
To UPDATE, 2/19/09:
This continues to be one of the few products that really works for me. My septum is deviated and I often have one-sided sinus pain, to the point where my right ear, eye, and upper molars throb and ache. Yes, I should probably have it surgically corrected, but with three kids it's hard to find the downtime. Sometimes 600mg of ibuprofen won't even knock the pain, but Sinus Buster will, and it's easier on my poor organs than ibuprofen! My biggest complaint is that after it's been on the market for so long, it STILL isn't readily available in local stores. CVS now sells it...online only. It is SO annoying to have to wait for it to come in the mail when I'm miserable. I asked my local health food store if they'd consider carrying it, but they weren't interested since it wasn't available through their distributor. Instead they tried to talk me into their homeopathic crap. Yeah right, I need more than placebos thank you. So here I sit praying it arrives before my infection sets in so deep that I have no choice but antibiotics... |
VERY good product.

| Having my nose broken 4 times (dont ask), suffering from allergies and living in NE Ohio has caused nightmares for my breathing over the years. All the doctors do is give prescriptions for this drug or that drug. Needless to say that gets quite costly especially when I changed insurance and my $115 monthly script was not covered. Sinus buster has been a life saver (or at least a wallet saver). IT TAKES GETTING USED TO... so if you expect to spray it once and feel results you may want change plans. Over the course of one week I did experience a MAJOR improvement in my morning sniffles. Buy 2 bottles and use it morning and night for a month... it will work and save you some $$$$ |

Sinus Buster Classic "Sinus & Headache" Formula with Our Special Capsaicin Pepper Extract - 100% Natural
I suffer from recurring nasal polyps, chronic sinus infections, and year round allergies. There are times when my nasal passages are so blocked with mucus I can't breathe out my nose at all let alone use any nasal sprays. This product is the only thing I have found that is able to break through the mucus in order to allow my sinuses to drain, and I have tried every known medication and homeopathic remedy out there to cure my sinus problems. It has not cured my sinus problems, but it has helped me to have a normal day when nothing else has to at least clear my sinuses enough that I can go ahead and use a neti pot to clear the rest out, which I would also highly recommend. It can be uncomfortable to use at first but if you're like me and are desparate to try anything, this is definitely worth checking out.
This is my first time writing a review and knowing it may help someone else has prompted me to do so. I would also recommend staying on your regularly prescribed medications, but I have found that adding Cayenne pepper, nettle, Vitamin C and Zinc supplements to my vitamin intake has also helped keep my sinus issues in check. |

I have to say I almost didn't by SINUS BUSTER because of some of the negative review i had read on Amazon, but decide to give it a try regardless. It was the best decision i have ever made! I have suffered from extreme sinus headaches that often caused vomitting my whole life! Since i started using SINUS BUSTER i haven't had one day of sinus headaches. My wife says i am a SINUS BUSTER addict now but it works and for the first time in my life i don't worry about my sinus headaches anymore. I have turned lot's of friends onto the product who say the same! SINUS BUSTER RULES!!
p.s. this stuff does not burn as bad as the negative reviews say. It's a shock the first time but it's a warm feeling and not nearly as painful as some people make it sound!! |

I'm a doctor of chiropractic and I was introduced to this product by a friend. They knew I had suffered from chronic sinus infections and severe headaches for years with little relief.
Being a chiropractor I always believe in using natural products. The sinus pressure, congestion and headaches were very painful and frustrating to deal with everyday so I went on prescription medication for my sinus problems.
After trying Sinus Buster a couple of times I was amazed by the positive results I had and impressed with the quality of the product itself. The fact that my sinus pressure was gone was such a relief, I just felt incredible. I went off the prescription medication for the sinus problems and haven't looked back.
I told my patients all about Sinus Buster right away and how wonderful I felt using it. It's amazing to me how well it works for so many people and that it's an all natural product which I can recommend to patients. Thank you! |
ATENTION!!! AFRIN AND VICK SPRAYS ADDICTS
|
| Review Date: July 21, 2008 |
| Reviewer: Julieta E. De Lemus, |
I was addicted to vick nasal spray with the same component as afrin, for over two years, I tried to quit but after 4 days I gave up couldn't breath and was severely congested, but by accident I came around to this product and my mother suffers from it a lot so I brought 2 bottles to her, then I finally told her, I was an afrin addict and she well comforted me and said, hey try this sinus buster works for my congestion and I said no cause I have something else but I thought, well won't die for trying and I put it on and fell the high burn but it decongested me for 10 secs and congested again, but after a while I was talking to my mother, WOW I WAS BREATHING TROUGH MY NOSE!!! of course not fully uncongested, but my mom told me to take her other flask, and I applied it 3 shots on each nostril, 3 times a day and amazing after 4 days I was breathing!!! I breath normally now, it's been 3 months now and I haven't been in need of sinus buster it compleatly helped me get over my addiction, I suffer from allergies so I tried allergy one and works amazing as soon you feel a allergy comming right up, apply it and it's supressed!!! no more itchy nose, runny works like a charm.
Cons: Burns like hell! makes you almost cry but the burn sensation goes away with the use.
Pros: Natural, non addictive, can help you overcome chemical nasal spray addiction like afrin and vick, and the need of it's use decreases.
I totally recomend this product with my eyes closed. |

After 7 years of diminshed and complete loss of smell and taste due to chronic sinusitus ( 3 operations with no improvement and ongoing meds and steroids) my smell and taste are returning. Loss of smell feels like a form of blindness. It leaves you in the dark unable to recognize spoiled food, gas escaping and everywhere odors we all take for granted.
I now have some hope of leading a normal life. I love this product! I hope the results last.
July 2009
My original review was submitted May 2008. My sinus health is still improving. I no longer take prednisone (a steroid) or zytec. I spray 2 or 3 times a week to maintain and once a day during the allergy season.
I feel wonderful being able to eliminate my steroid usage to maintain open sinuses. I feel the weaking of my bones after using them for about 10 years. I had 3 sinus surgeries in the past and never have I improved long term until I used this product. My blocked sinuses always led to infections and and other bronchial problems. I experienced allergic symptoms when spraying other pharmacy products. I feel no negative side effects with this product. Doctors should be informed of this.
Thank you, Sinus Buster!

Killed 2 Of My Sinus Infections

| I hate having a stopped up nose and sinus infections are the worst. I bought some of this in hopes the next time I got a sinus infection it would bust it. That is exactly what it did. I felt the sinus infection coming on, I let it go for a day or two, it got worst and then I tried the sinus buster. It was gone in two days after using the product 2x a day, 1 spray in each nostril. I got the same results when a second sinus infection popped up 6 months later. A word of warning- my mother went crazy with the stuff because it was helping her get rid of headaches and she got a nose bleed. However, she was using it like once an hour for a couple of days- not a good idea. She finally had to look into what was actually causing the headaches. The Sinus Buster was just masking her symptoms. Other then that it is great stuff! |
Sinus Buster Spray

I received this spray after discussing using it with my "ear, nose, and throat" doctor. I have had numerous cancer opertions and treatments (radiation/chemo), and my entire upper respiratory system has gone floooey. I needed to use a neo-synephrine type nasal spray to shrink my nasal membranes so that I could sleep at night.
Needed to use it three or four times per night, and I have only used this one night. But so far so good. It stings like the dickens, and makes my eyes water and nose run, but after that is over I can breathe quite well for half the night. Cosequently I only use this one more time before getting up, and it isn't "addictive" (to my knowledge) like the phenyephrine hydrochloride in the over the counter spray.
I don't know how it will work for those with allergies, but for myself it seems to be a better choice than the pharmacalogy.

| Reviewer: A loving husband, |
This stuff really clears out my sinuses. I tend to get stuffed up farther back and the capsacin seems to really help loosen all that up and get it out. But it is quite a rush. Better than the headaches I used to always get, though.
I couple this now with a saline rinse, the rinse is easier on the mucous membranes in the nose, but on tough days the capsacin helps out. |

without hesitation I sprayed and found INSTANT RELIEF!!! I wanted to

3 years later I use 4-5 a week. I no longer snore! Honestly I am NEVER without Sinus Buster. One upstairs, one downstairs, one in my purse. I have not had even one sinus infection in the last 3 years.

| For years, I've looked for something that I could use regularly to unstuff my nose. I've used over-the-counter products but they increase my heart-rate and they can't be used for any longer than a few days. Sinus Buster can be used as often as needed and it does a very good job of unstuffing my nose. On the downside, Sinus Buster most definitely stings when applied. But, I believe that the relief it gives is well worth the discomfort. |
I've tried everything....then this

| Reviewer: Bryan J. Kautzman, Fargo, ND |
I gave up on trying to treat my allergies for the longest time. When I was a kid, I used several different prescriptions to no avail. As I have grown older, it seems my symptoms have gotten worse. The problem is, the mucous building in my sinuses does not flow freely. It sticks together and builds up, eventually drying and becoming quite irritating. I always feel like I have a lump in my throat, and blowing my nose does nothing to clear it. At night, this lump hardens. I have been known to wake up in the middle of the night because I can't breathe due to nasal blockage right above my throat.
I've tried just about everything on the market. Claritin and Zyrtec simply don't work. Steroid nasal sprays do nothing. Nasal irrigation systems, including netti pots, seem to flow past the blockage without loosening any of it up. I can't stay away from allergens because I'm allergic to just about everything. In fact, the only thing I'm not allergic to are animals. My worst allergies are molds, pollens, and grass.
I have been getting allergy shots for some time, and they don't seem to help. I don't have any polyps or a deviated septum or anything else that might inhibit clear flow.
So, as I am at the point where I'm willing to try anything, I decided to give Sinus Buster a try.
Let me explain how it works.
When I have used netti pots and sea salts in the past, it is like trying to wash a grease stain with plain water. The solution flows past the blockage with some effect, but the problem isn't washed away. Plus, within fifteen minutes, the blockage is back.
With Sinus Buster, the pepper spray does irritate the lining of my sinuses. This promotes a heavy mucous flow that is extremely watery, which is a huge contrast to the viscosity that my mucous usually takes to. This extremely watery mucous works better than any netti pot to wash away almost all of the blockage present. The burning sensation tends to last only a minute or two, and then it takes about ten minutes for the extremely watery mucuous that is produced to clear out. When I take it in the morning, I tend to have to use a second dose after ten to fifteen minutes to finish clearing the blockage. However, after that, a squirt in each nostril every 4-6 hours keeps my sinuses clearer than they have ever been. My coworkers have even commented on how I've tended to make a lot less noise trying to clear my sinuses as a day progresses lately. I just ran out last night, and I've come to wonder how I ever lived without this stuff. |
Unbelieveable Sinus Relief all sinus suffers should try

| I'm so lucky to find this for my son. We've tried everything including allergy pills, prescription nasals sprays, anti-bodices which gave him severe gas & diarrhea. The headaches were excruciating and he was popping Tylenol pills like it was candy with very little relief. The bad news the doc gave us was that he would have these bad reactions every time he has an allergy attack to his sinus. He already missed 2 weeks of school & I just could not face a lifetime of this nonsense which could also lead to sinus surgery. I quickly searched the web for something natural or holistic found Sinus Busters. It had rave reviews and to be honest sounded too good to be true, but I had to give it a shot. My son tried it just one time and he found instant relief he hasn't had in weeks. Unbelievable & it lasted all day on 1 treatment. He finally could go back to school and carry the little bottle with him should he need it. |

Offers relief from Ohio Valley allergies and allows me to sleep
|
| Review Date: October 7, 2009 |
| Reviewer: Rob Mattheu, Somewhere in the US |
We recently had several weeks of rainy weather in Louisville, Kentucky and my allergies began to kill me, to the point where I was having trouble sleeping. I tried my normal remedies, including over the counter drugs, Breathe Right strips, and a neti pot, but I still felt congested. As I was trying to think of ways to clear up my sinuses, I thought about a meal I had at a Chinese Restaurant where I almost choked because a hot pepper completely opened up my sinuses and started them draining. I began to wonder if anyone made a nasal pepper spray to achieve the same effect. That's when I found Sinus Buster.
The spray feels quite painful going up your nose, a bit like inhaling pouring a carbonated beverage up your nose chased by alcohol. And you may immediately gag as your sinuses loosen up and start to drain. Soon the pain subsides and you realize that your sinuses are clearer, your head feels less stuffy, and in my case, I sleep much better through the night.
The only drawbacks I've seen so far is this stuff is expensive and hard to find. I bought mine at Walgreen's, where it was advertised as a "new" product. |

I am very happy with my sinus buster purchase. I suffer from minor sinus allergies that occasionally lead to stuffiness. I also get those irritating sinus headaches that never seem to go away when the weather is cool and stormy. This product works wonderfully at both problems.
I have to warn you, the first time you use the product you will be in for shock. It is an intense burst of burniness. It may take you by surprise but is not painful and goes a way after 15 seconds or so.
The product works great at clearing sinus pain and pressure. I especially use it for those headaches that seem to not want to go away. Not long after I shoot two or three bursts in each nostril my pressure and headache go away. This is a blessing as I usually seem to get these headaches at night and this allows me to get back to sleep.
No side effects that I can think of, but I highly recommend this product to anyone who has sinus pain and pressure issues, especially if accompanied with a headache. |

I've tried EVERYTHING for allergies and chronic sinusitus (including air purifiers, pills, herbs, Afrin, neti pots, and SURGERY) so a little burning is nothing compared to all I've been through.
This stuff seems to do the job.
The only other things that seemed to help were homemade colloidal silver spray (with a pinch of xylitol) and - especially in bad infections - taking standardized Olive Leaf Extract (which you can find at Wal Mart).
But Sinus Buster seems to be the best preventative solution yet. |

| I have suffered from extreme sinus allergies for 50 years. I've tried a variety of regimes to fight the effects but no one thing has ever eliminated all the symptoms so I use a combination of approaches. Once I started using Allegra, I found the most serious problems were taken care of but, particularly in May and August, I would still have some significant problems with sinus congestion and headaches. A lot of things will help but the best results, by far, I have achieved using Sinus Buster. It definitely burns briefly after spraying but as a fan of spicy food, I don't have a problem with that. Relief is quick and direct. When my sinuses are at their worst, it can take several applications to work through my heavily clogged sinuses, and during those times, results are somewhat short-lived, which is pretty much true for everything else I have tried as well, but for efficacy and convenience, Sinus Buster is at the top of the heap. |

| This stuff is the BEST!!! I've been using it for over 4 years and I've yet to have a sinus infection and I suffered from them for years--overusing antibiotics along the way. Burns like mad, but works so well! Even helps with those awful migraines! The metered dose bottle is easier to use than the spray, so worth the small amount more. Also, it does lose it's effectiveness after about a year, so I always buy a fresh bottle just before flu & cold season, and I use it daily as a preventative. It is yellow colored, so don't be alarmed to see yellow spots on your tissue after using, and don't use with your favorite handkerchief! |

| I have bought Sinus Buster a while back, and after the initial burning for the first few times you spray that is very temporary, you do get alot of relief and are able to breathe. I have had a sinus infection on and off for several months, and just went to the doctor about it again yesterday. They put me on another 2 week course of antibiotics. Since I have been suing Sinus Buster in the past I was able to find my misplaced bottle. It is almost empty, so, I found that Amazon has it and am placing an order right now. I know that if I am unable to get rid of my allergy and sinus problems with my prescription AND Simply Saline spray solution, alone, I KNOW it should work better with those things AND Sinus Buster. The Doctor told me if Allegra and Flonase do not bring me more relief, the last resort I have is going to a Allergy specialist. I want to try this first before that!!! So, if you are like me one whos seasonal allergies are now all year, than try Sinus Buster first! Oh, and a bad sinus headache like I usually get has been halted with this spray! |

| I've tried many different prescription and OTC medications to relieve my sinus pain but nothing really worked. I was at the point that I was willing to try anything to feel better. I found sinus busters one day and I swear it's the only thing that provides me with instant powerful relief. The burning sensation may take some getting use to and might not be for everyone. I actually kind of like the sensation I get from using sinus busters now. I spray it up my nose and sniff it back as far as I can and my eyes begin to water and my nose starts running. Make sure you have some tissues near by because you will probably need to blow your nose. If you've ever eaten something really spicy and had your nose start running it's kind of like that. Once I blow my nose I feel like my sinuses are cleared, my headache, face pain and pressure are gone. If it weren't for sinus busters I would still be miserable all the time and unable to function. I would recommend this over something like Afrin because it is non addicting and you can use it as often as you need. I can't thank the makers of sinus busters enough. |

| I am a 52 year old woman who has suffered from almost daily headaches for well over 20 years. I have been to neurologists, allergists, physical therapy, chiropractors, accupuncture, 3 cervical disks fused 2 years ago and ongoing massage and pain meds. I still have headaches. At first I thought it was all due to my neck. After surgery, things progressed back to tight neck muscles and related migrane type headaches, on the right side of the head, as it has always been. I still take my pain meds daily, and hope that something will kill the pain. Normally I wake up feeling tired and heavy headed. I take flonase now and use a nose strip. That helps somewhat. But I still get the headaches. Today I saw this product Sinus Busters in my Prevention magazine while working out on the elyptical at the gym (I lift and do cardio 4 times a week-I mention this only because I want to be clear that I do work out and eat well). I bought the sinus busters at Walgreens tonite at about 1600 hours for the heck of it. After suffering a headache all day today, which started when I woke up at 0630 this morning, I squirted this into my nose as soon as I got into my car. It burned like heck, but after another squirt and a few minutes, the headache was gone. It's been a few hours, and I still have no headache. Though I still feed the sinus in my head, as it is heavy and I feel tired, I am relieved of the strong pain of the headache. So for now I can only assume it doesn't do anything to alleviate sinus congestion up in the high cavities. They still feel tired and heavy. As I said, I've been carrying this headache all day, and sudafed and narcotic pain meds, nor fiorinal did not touch the pain.I even went into the sauna and tried to clear it that way... I will continue to use this. I have been fooled into believing something works because it worked once for me. I plan to be rational about this product and really pay attention to how it works. So far, so good. For anyone with daily over the forehead or to the one side of the head type headaches, you might try this. I dont know how tension headaches would respond, although at times I think a headache is a headache is a headache. |

I've been using Sinus Buster for about a month now. I live in one of the worst allergy areas of the US, which is also a ripe climate for mold. Up until this point, I had terrible recurrent sinus infections and ear infections, and was using allergy meds, decongestants, and other nasal medications regularly. I started with a neti pot about six months ago, and that has helped some. I also was doing regular steamings of my face with a pot of boiling water and organic Italian seasoning, which contains several antibacterial herbs, like rosemary.
I bought this from Amazon based on a friend's recommendation, and then the reviews here. I also bought the headache version with feverfew. I use it once in the morning, then the neti pot in the evening. It does hurt. I will say that. It hurts quite a bit, but the pain only lasts a few seconds, and for all-day relief, it's certainly worth it.
Let's examine the ingedients of Sinus Buster. Capsaicin is what makes peppers spicy. It is suspected that it not only deadens the nerves, but produces clear, watery mucus which can clear out the 'stuck-on' mucus, as other reviewers have said. Rosemary is antibacterial and antimicrobial. Sea salt is common in most nasal solutions, and basically helps clean things out. In the headache version, feverfew is added, which is an herb well-known to help with headaches.
Here's what I do: In the morning, I spray a single spray in each nostril, and sniff. I wait about 5 seconds and let the burning pass, then I blow my nose twice. That's it. If it's really bad that day, I will use it in the evening, too, then wait a couple hours and use the neti pot. Those who are getting weird post-nasal drip probably aren't blowing their noses, and those who think it hurts too much probably haven't tried it a few times, as that does get a little better. If can I stand it, then most people probably can.
I have recommended this to my doctor, who is now suggesting it to others. |

| I have been using Sinusbuster for about 1 year now and it works well. It does burn slightly and takes a little time to get used to. The only negative thing I can say about it is it does not last that long but I have been totally blocked up and could not breathe through my nose and it has opened my sinuses and allowed me to breathe easier. I sometimes use it in conjunction with other decongestant pills and it works very well. |

Glad I tried it because it it the quickest cure for my sinus headaches and provides immediate and lasting relief. I just bought this spray at Walgreens and I am amazed! I have been using homeopathic stuff in the past with good reviews, but this just blew my mind! When I first used it, it burned like crazy and it lasted a little more than a few seconds like the package said, but I just closed my eyes and let it work, and I was amazed when the burning stopped. It made my sinuses immediately start draining (so much so that I had to blow my nose almost immediately), but afterward, my headache was gone and I could breathe through my nose again.
I tried this after reading on the internet about the dangers of chemical sprays, such as Afrin (which I have been using for several days because of acute sinusitis). I was beginning to worry that I was becoming physically addicted and tolerant to the stuff. It's supposed to last 10 to 12 hours, but my nose would start closing up about half that time and I'd have to use more to find relief again, which is dangerous. Today, I ran out and got Sinus Buster after reading that it has natural antibacteral qualities and is safe to use as often as needed. I'm impressed already! |

| I've been using this for several years now. Not all the time but at first I did as I was stuffed up year round. That stuffiness hindered my activities and made me tired all the time trying to breathe. Now I'm clear most of the time and when allergy season comes, my reaction is SOOOO MUCH milder! I use the sinusbuster when needed but I need it less and less. I've recommended it to dozens of people who keep thanking me. |

| I have had nose problems for years. Had surgery a couple years ago which helped a little, but still had major problems. The doc had prescribed meds costing up to $200.00 which did little. A friend showed me an article about Sinus Buster and I tried it. 90% of my problems have been cleared up. This product unlike other over the counter nasal sprays, does not end up causing swelling. The others work good for a few days and then the swelling and no more relief. It does give a little blast, but I always keep a good supply as the relief has been wonderful. |

| My husband has allergies that are especially severe in the summer. When he started complaining about his nasal passages and sinus pressure, I picked up Sinus Buster and told him to try it. He has been using it for over a week now and he has quit complaining so much about his sinus. This is beneficial for both him and me. It really does provide fast relief and helps with sinus headaches. You no longer have to suffer from unrelenting sinus pressure. I'm loving it! |
Blessed relief from sinus headaches and congestion

I had been aware of this product for some time prior to my purchase. I had refrained from buying for a couple of reasons: First I was skeptical of the Sinus Buster claims and was hesitant to spend more than US$15 on a product I was unsure of from a company that I had never heard of.
Well, by happy accident I discovered that Sinus Buster products were available through Amazon. So I had no reason NOT to buy.
Shortly after receiving the "classic" formula (Sinus and Headache) I had the opportunity to try it out.
First some background: I suffer from chronic sinus problems-- pain, pressure. No over-the-counter drug has really offered me any relief with the side-effects (drowsyness and extreme, painful nasal dryness). I typically treat my problems, when they arise, with nasal irrigation-- the single most effective therapy for my sinus troubles. However, sometimes the sinus pain (which feels like I have a rusty nail driven through my eye-socket) is too much for any pain-killer. Tylenol is useless and only an NSAID (like Advil) has ANY effect if i take it in time.
So, one afternoon I felt a sinus headache coming on. I knew that I'd be debilitated and grumpy for the rest of the day if I didn't do something. (Even with Advil I'd still be a little irritable.) So I decided that the prime opportunity to try Sinus Buster had arrived.
With little hope of achieving any real effects (besides a predicted peppery burning in my nose) I gave the Sinus Buster a shot.
The results were instant and amazing. With a single spray in each nostril my headache was obliterated. Seriously this is the first time that I have ever thought of something "working like magic". Sure enough I experienced a strong peppery burn deep inside my nose (somewhere between my eyes). As a fan of hot and spicy foods this was not at all unpleasant (and not nearly as strong as some salsas I've had in the past!) and the initial "burn" and subsiding warmth is actually quite pleasant when suffering from sinus pain and pressure.
So now i have two very effective threapies in my fight with my sinus problems: nasal irrigation and the excellent Sinus Buster spray.
I hope I don't sound like an undercover shill for the company. After having suffered almost a decade with sinus pain, pressure and congestion (that would virtually incapacitate me and leave my face tender and upper molars hurting) I'm just thrilled to have a product that works without the trade-off of uncomfortable side-effects.
I can't recommend this stuff highly enough! |
Very Effective For Me - Worth a Try For You?

Seems to help me with intense sinus pressure - has worked to reduce or eliminate face numbing pain (even the horrifying condition when one side of your face is so swollen with throbbing pain you are heating piles wet wash cloths in the microwave and burying your face in them for relief).
Side effects - yes, it will burn a bit (but easy to get used to), might make you sneeze (worse side effect for me), nose run, etc. I am using this as needed between morning/evening sinu-cleanse netipot (better netipots are below). Seems to open up eustation tubes as well. I must admit this regime has been the only technique that has brought real relief - no meds have every worked as well.
I have allergy related sinus trouble - I'm not prepared to say it has made a difference in my hayfever reaction - however, I have not tried the nettle version. For adjusting to winter weather high pressure/low pressure shifts, this does seem to help quite a bit. I bet it might help "airplane ear".
I can say that using these remedies (netipot and sinus buster), greatly reduced (nearly eliminated) my intense sinus pain and for this I am really grateful. So look beyond the "As Seen On TV" hype, this is low risk and might be worth a try. Info on netipot below (get over the yuck factor - it really, really works well):

Seems like a love it or hate it product, and there's a reason for it. It can be truly excruciating! And that's done right, 2-3 squirts in each nostril. My hunch is that the negative reviews were from people who just couldn't take it.
If you do the full dose, and I usually don't, I can't imagine having any sinus problems for a while. I do one squirt in each nostril, as needed, and get a lot of relief. And I like not worrying about toxicity to other organs, that comes with typical OTC solutions.
I've long had a problem with sinus congestion, and before sinus buster the primary solution was claritin-d 24, not good when you're already hypertensive.
Sinus buster works immediately, and keeps the claritin in the cabinet. |

I have been suffering from sinus congestions and allergies around the clock for the past 28 years. During those 28 years I have had nasal surgery, allergy shots, anti-hestimines such as Claritin, Allegra & Zyrtec, nasal sprays like Nasonex, Flonase, Astelin. All the above mentioned treatments work somewhat, but none of the combinations of the above can provide more than 50% of the relief that I so desire.
I am still on allergy shots (3 shots every 4 weeks). I also have prescriptions for most of the big name allergy medicines. These days, with the combination of allergy shots, my newly discovered Sinus Buster(3 times daily) & daily Centrum multi-vitamin, I feel my symptoms are 65% relieved. Hopefully, somebody will come up with something to take care of the last 35%. 3 cheers for Sinus Buster! |

I just tried this for the first time and I have to confess that it was... an experience. Frankly I've been desperate to address my sinus and allergy problems, and yet I hate medicating myself, so I needed to find some kind of happy medium.
This sinus buster spray is pretty amazing. And yes, it really does sting the first time you use it, particularly if you do so right after rinsing your nose and sinuses. But I'm breathing clearly for the first time in days and don't have a lot of post-nasal drip going on. For that reason alone I consider this stuff a winner.
For the rest, it's drug free, non-drowsy and non-habit forming. It contains sea salt which is a proven natural cleanser for your nose and sinuses, and aromatics to help open your sinuses and keep them unstuffed.
I don't know how it'll work for the long term, but so far so good. |
Beats taking antibiotics
|
| Review Date: June 22, 2010 |
| Reviewer: Deborah Crawford, Memphis, TN |
I have been using this off & on (mostly off) for about a year now. I only use it when I've tried everything else because it hurts & I'm a big baby. I have year-round indoor & outdoor allergies and a slightly deviated septum, so my nose seems stopped up constantly. And, I live in Memphis and the air here is not kind to anyone with sinus issues. I also hate getting sinus infections and having to take antibiotics. I've learned that there are some things one can do to keep the infections at bay (haven't had antibiotics in over a year) and Sinus Buster is one of those things.
Sinus Buster is a nasal spray, but not like anything else.
Saline nasal spray is nice & gentle & works well for dry sinuses, and saline rinses (neti pots or a sinus rinse bottle) are a more regular part of my routine. I use them on a weekly basis, more often during Spring & Fall when allergies are worse.
Decongestant nasal sprays are also gentle and very effective, but also addictive. Trust me on that. Use Afrin for more than three days in a row & you'll be making midnight trips to Walgreen's to get a fix when you run out.
Antihistamine nasal sprays, like oral antihistamines, are drying and for me, sleep-inducing.
Sinus Buster seems to work for me almost as well as Afrin. And, because it feels like having a red-hot poker shoved up your nose, I doubt one (especially this one) will get addicted.
I have found that if you follow the instructions, the red-hot poker effect can be decreased. Somewhat. The instructions say to spray in one nostril while holding the other nostril closed. If you don't hold the other nostril closed, it really increases the burn. Really. Like 20 times worse. If you're brave and strong, try it that way. If not, well, follow the instructions.
I recently had a sinus headache for two days. Gulped Sudafed, did the saline rinse, gobbled Aleve. I was resigned to visitng the doctor and taking the antibiotics (and the "sinus cocktail" shot--a miraculous mix of steriods and decongestants that really works, but keeps me awake for some 36 hours). I decided to try the Sinus Buster and my headache went away about 15 minutes after the treatment.
So, a little bit of excruciating pain was all it took. If your sinuses have you feeling miserable and you can "cowboy up" for just a few minutes (the pain does go away quickly and completely), give Sinus Buster a try.
Warning--Never leave this where kids or pets could get into it. I daresay you could carry it with you for self defense, but I'm not brave (or stupid) enough to try that.
I gave this product four stars only because it seems a bit masochistic to give something so painful five stars.

I am constantly stuffy from bad sinuses, and this stuff actually works pretty well to clear it up. It burns a bit, but I think that is what actually makes it work--like eating really spicy food clears your sinuses. After a couple days use it seemed to loose some of it's effectiveness. It's like my sinuses are getting too used to it, and the stuffiness mostly comes back within the half hour.
It's worth a try if your sinuses really bother you. I've not decided if I'll buy it again after this bottle is gone though. |

Answer: Because it feels so good when I stop!
I realy can't tell if this is doing anything good for me. I seem to have some very temporary relief from sinus pressure after using it. I'm beginning to think that a simple saline spray would work just as well and it wouldn't...uh....hurt. Is this spray good on tacos? In chili? In other orifices other than one's nose? Does it clean silver? Disable attackers? I think there IS potential here, I just haven't figured it out yet. |
Might work for someone, but it just stuffed me up more...

To be brief, I'm dependent on a nose spray called 4-Way (Active Ingredient: Phenylephrine hydrochloride 1%). I got that way about three or four months ago from the time of this review. I usually don't have sinus problems, but I happened to have a bottle of the stuff when I actually had nasal congestion. So I ended up using it, never had problems before with it, and now I'm ridiculously desperate to get off it. My sleep is being interrupted and I can't go anywhere or even eat sometimes without the spray at hand. I'm convinced it was my own stupidity for keeping on the spray so long on top of the spray causing the "rebound" effect that made my nasal congestion worsen. I do not have a runny nose or sinus problems, only the rebound effect by the spray.
That being said, I had heard about Sinus Buster and how it could help you get off from using nose sprays. I ordered two bottles from Amazon (one for my dad as well, because he's been on the nose spray for YEARS). They did arrive a day ahead of the scheduled time, I must admit.
I was actually expecting just a slight tingle using it after reading the other reviews here, but no, it was a BURNING sensation. My eyes watered and I pretty much hopped around the room looking for some kind of nasal fire extinguisher. I had no idea it was that strong.
And the worst part was that my nose was stuffed up worse after using it. Granted, I did try it several times over the next few days (and didn't "get used" to the burning sensation; it still hurts like the first time) with some hesitation, but to no avail.
I have a feeling that it's the way this product is supposed to work: by causing your sinuses and nasal passages to drain the mucus from them. Well... That's the problem. I didn't HAVE mucus, just inflammation from the 4-Way.
On a side note, it also didn't help my headache. Didn't make it worse, but didn't help.
My bottle was also not leaky as one reviewer stated. It's sealed tighter than Fort Knox, honestly.
It was an expensive trial that I may not even give to my dad, and now I have to try to return the other bottle. It's probably not worth it, considering shipping costs.
And to think I could've bought another Nintendo DS game with that $33... |

| I was really excited to try this product as I have been to many doctors and have tried almost everything I could think of. I believe my headaches to be sinus related because they are in the center of my forehead just above my eyebrows and I do have alergies. The burning sensation wasn't as bad as I expected and it did seem to clear my sinuses. My nose ran and my eyes watered a little but my headache did not go away. |

| I bought this hoping it would make it easier to get off of the kind of nasal spay found in any drugstore. It was no help at all for that purpose, I had to tough it out. However, after two weeks free of the Oxymetazoline nasal spray, this truly helps open my sinuses better than saline. I do like the product very much, but gave only two stars because the bottle leaks with use. It is too expensive to waste half the liquid in this way, so can't truly recommend it for that reason. Going to try a different brand next purchase. |
See a Doctor First
|
| Review Date: January 28, 2008 |
| Reviewer: Ernie, Greenwich, CT United States |
This product may work for people with non-typical congestion or no access to prescriptions, but see a doctor first.
To start with - it's pepper spray. It's either going to hurt, or possibly give you some sort of reaction. I will probably continue to use it, considering it cost quite a bit, but I like reasonably spicy food, and this could help you get more of a tolerance.
I'd read about pepper extracts in the hopes of completely clearing congestion from my ears, which have built into infections before. This is after being on non-prescription as well as prescription decongestants, as well as trying the "flood your nose with saline solution" tip that you get at a lot of sources. It works about as well as prescription Nasonex for clearing a plugged nose . . . but the effects don't last as long.
Essentially, you spray it in your nose, which does sting, and you have to keep it in as long as you can without blowing. The stinging doesn't make you want to blow your nose, it's the fact that mucus builds up and feels runny. Once you blow, the sensation and its effects are gone in a few minutes.
-------------------------------------
After writing the first part of this, I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, just to be fair. It *does* make your nose run, and it *does* give you a slight endorphin rush, which could trigger certain types of headaches to 'loosen up'.
The first part could be accomplished easily enough by going outside for 10 minutes when it's cold out (something our pediatrician recommended to do with our son when he was younger in lieu of decongestants).
You could also simply eat something exceptionally spicy like Vindaloo or eat a hot pepper. That, truly, would have more predictable results and last longer, as the oils that make your mouth burn longer (that naturally come in the peppers) haven't been removed.
-------------------------------------
All things equal, if you're an exception and are desperate to try a fix for a medical condition that conventional methods have failed, certainly try this, but the box says it, and I stand by my statement: SEE A DOCTOR BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT. |

I gave it a real shot (two weeks), and wanted to believe in it, but ultimately, it didn't provide any sinus clearing action or prevent headaches. | I was addicted to nasal spray decongestants for several months, and was starting to panic because the sprays started to not work. I desperately looked for solutions, and found Sinus Buster. Based on several reviews I read I ordered it, and paid for overnight shipping. When I tried it, it did not clear me up but for a few minutes, and the rebound congestion was just as bad as the nasal sprays. At the same time I ordered Sinus Buster, I ordered something called The Rhinostat System. This is basically a weaning system, where you start with a full bottle of nasal spray, and as you use it, you replace the amount used with saline solution. Over a number of days, the Rhinostat system got me to lengthen the time I needed to use the spray, so I was hopeful that if I continued to follow that system, I would eventually break the vicious cycle of the nasal sprays. But what really worked for me, and I would advise everyone with this problem to do, is I went to an Ear, Nose and Throat, doctor. I told him what my problem was, and he put on a prednisone pak. He told me to stop using the sprays immediately, and that after a few days, I would feel relief. Well, I couldn't completely go cold turkey on the sprays, but I did cut back quite a bit, and even when I did use the spray, it was at least half saline. By the second night of using the prednisone, I finally got relief and was able to breathe without any type of spray. All I use now is a complete saline spray just to moisten my nasal passages, and I am very thankful to have broken that horrible, vicious cycle. So, I personally did not have success with Sinus Buster, and would advise anyone to go see a doctor rather than cause additional pain and suffering that I found with Sinus Buster |
