| I started taking the clense the Sunday before Thanksgiving and this product was amazing. It gave me a little energy boost and helped curb all of the holiday noshing. One thing to note is you will need to drink a lot more water....that's where the clense part comes in. My weight loss had stalled and in the week I was on the clense I lost 3 pounds!!!! |

Okay guys here is the deal, this only works if you handle it correctly. That means, take the four pills in the morning, say around 8am. The DRINK WATER! During the next hour I would drink at least 32 oz and by 10, 10:30 am I would have to go to the bathroom. It was not painful, just watery poop. Then at night take the pills and drink water again. However, I never had to get up in the middle of the night to use it.
You also don't have to take it every single day. If I knew that I had plans throughout the day, I did not take the pills and simply skipped a day.
This really worked for me, but because I don't eat junk food. If you eat greasy food, using this product is going to suck. I also went to the gym or did a daily walk/run at least every other day. This will really work for you if you DRINK a lot of water and do not eat junk food. I lost ten pounds in 4 weeks on this! |

| Sure this product causes some discomfort/annoyance due to the frequent trips to the bathroom, but it definitely works. All detoxifying/body cleansing products have the same side effects. After all, the toxins and bodily build up have to leave the body somehow! I'd surely recommend this product. |

| I don't know if any of you have actually done research on detox, but in general the process is never easy. You're body is trying to push out all of the crap that you put into it. Anyway, I'm on day 2 and so far no weirdness like that, but I've accompanied the pills with a liquid diet. That is not recommended for all, but I need a serious detox to cut all my "sweet" cravings and then I'm switching to a healthy diet accompanied with alli. I'm pleased to report that I've surprisingly lost 6lbs already with the cleanse and no extreme bowel movements or other weirdness. I still don't feel "cleansed" yet, but I don't feel starved nor have I had any serious cravings and in general I feel energized. I had a migraine last night and didn't sleep well, but I got up this morning, had a vitamin water and felt fine all day. |

| I decided that since no one had reviewed this item yet I'd share my experience with the product even though I've only been taking it for two days. I rated this as 4 stars based on the fact that it definitely "cleanses". That said, this product really should come with a disclaimer like Alli does. I had no disillusions that use of the product would not make me go to the bathroom more, but I have experienced frequent, painful, loose bowel movements. I will not go into graphic details, but I will say that it definitely mimics the side effects associated with Alli (such as when you slip and eat fatty, greasy foods)and I have found myself darting to the bathroom. Knowing that this is supposed to "cleanse", I would definitely say it's doing so...but I would like to see the manufacturer indicate that you should expect this as an effect of use. |

| Ok, so the detox works. Its a set of pills you take for seven days to clean your system. However, my suggestion is that if you are going to do it, schedule it for a week you have free. Why? Because you are going to be in the bathroom so much that, if you do it while at work, people are going to notice your absence. |

I tried this product and it definitely worked for me. I'm a pretty healthy eater (no fried fatty foods and no sugar) and I just wanted to cleanse myself because I didn't feel like I was going often enough and I felt bloated. I liked the product because I didn't have painful BM's nor did it give me diarrhea. I had more movements and they were larger and looser. After the first one I felt like I had released 50 pounds and believe it or not I was not bloated. After the 2nd day I had dropped 3 pounds (of waste material of course)
I didn't take this product with the hopes that it would give me a permanent weight loss but I did want to cleanse my colon and release that bloated feeling I felt. Although 7 days is not quite enough to clean years of build up, since I've gotten a jump start I will take some type of fiber supplement to assure I continue to have more movements. You also have to make sure you drink plenty of water (not sodas or sweetened drinks). The more fruits and vegetables you eat the better results you will have.
I will say this: If you want to take this product with hopes that you will loose two pants sizes in a week I strongly advise you not to get your hopes up because like I said this is not a permanent solution to weight loss. I gave this product four stars because you have to take four pills twice daily (8 total) and if your mouth is not completely drenched with water they are hard to swallow and they will get stuck in your throat. |

| So... my positive review really doesn't have much to do with this products claim to "cleanse". Of course it does in that it is a mild laxative. I read one review that said you might as well just take a dulcolax... for me though, I can't take ANY of those laxatives (exlax, correctol, dulcolax) as they all give me horrible nausea and vomitting. The stimulant ones are worse. However this cleanse I can acually take and I feel like it's helping regulate my system! I don't take 4 at a time twice a day, I take 2 at a time 4 times a day... I do this because there is green tea extract in it which has caffine which I am sensitive too. I've taken this for 3 days and have lost 4 pounds so far. I feel great! |

I bought this product at walmart. I did weight Watchers for a while and lost about 45lbs. Now a couple of years later I've gained about 15lbs back. I started working out more and figured I could use a little hand. I figured i'd give Slim Quick a shot. It does make you go to the bathroom alot!! I did go to the bathroom alot but it really wasn't as bad as you may think. I know for people it may be different, but mine were very short but felt like diarehea. Sometimes I would get weird stomach cramps. It hurt but it didn't. I would say if you get period cramps it feels like those from time to time.
All in All i did like the product and I am not moving on to The Slim Quick berry mix. |

I started on this to jumpstart my diet. I'm a mother of 4 looking to lose post pregnancy weight, about 30+ lbs overweight. I usually don't eat a whole lot to begin with (or exercise).
I'm only on day 3 of the cleanse so i'll update this in a few days. I usually have an issue with snacking out of bordom late at night, so far this has helped with that. I've had no increase in bowel movements, I thought for sure my system needed cleaning since I've never used a detox or cleanse. I've been drinking a lot of water and workout almost an hour a day since I started the cleanse hopeing to maximize it's effectiveness.
Taking 4 pills at a time kind of scared me, i'm not big on taking pills but wanted to use it as recommended. I waited until I had a few days off work to start this in case I did have to run to the bathroom like some other reviewers have mentioned but my system seems pretty clean already. I've had no weight loss or increase in energy but it has suppressed my appetite. =)
Update: I did notice bloating, no constipation at all and I lost 3.5 lbs by the time I was finished. It was a lot of pills to take but it REALLY helped me control my appetite and "cleansed" me so I'm happy with it :) |

It does cleanse as others have said. It was a little too powerful for my body (too loose) so I cut the doses in half. I used it for a week along with vitamin B complex, Flinstones Complete, vitamin E, lots of water, and 10-15 minutes of crunches every night while watching TV in bed. I lost 10 lbs and ended up pregnant! That was last summer and now I have a four month old and a flabby belly. I'm starting my second cleanse using my leftover pills.
FYI: DO NOT DRINK COFFEE OR DR PEPPER WITH THIS! I would also steer clear of any foods high in fiber. |

I definitely read the previous reviews before buying this product but figured my body is tough and could handle it. I needed a cleanse to get me started on my new and healthy diet plan. I did not expect a quick and easy way to lose 10 pounds of water weight but simply a product to help rid my body of the toxin build up from my lifelong sugar addiction.
I am on the last day of the detox now and day 8 in my attempts to get the sugar monster off my back. I have definitely noticed a severe reduction in gas and stomach bloating. Sure, I drink a lot of water while I take this but I drink a lot of water anyways so that is no big deal. There have been a couple times when I am like "Get me to a bathroom! Get me to a bathroom NOW!" However, I have done cleanses in the past where I have spent days like that so for me, this was a pleasure. |

| I bought this product while at Wal-Mart. Before even making the purchase I talked with my boss (who is a Pharmacist) about the active ingredients. Everything sounded safe, I read the caution noted and started taking it Sunday. Today I am pulling myself off of it because I've been bleeding from my stool (sorry) ever since Monday night. I have had a low grade fever, and all this started after taking the product. Now, while I may have this issue, it does not mean you will. Many people do not have any issues at all. But please, be very observant of your stool and how you feel while taking this product. |

| I did the one dose and during dinner, I started feeling nauseated and sick..I decided to go ahead and try the second dose..wish I didn't. I was up every hour during the night with very, loose diarrhea..I haven't taken any today and I am still real weak and trying to eat a little at a time so I don't get sick. It cleanses but my stomach was cramping and the lack of sleep, wasn't worth it to me. Hopefully others will have better luck but I'm glad I was off this weekend, b/c I couldn't have done this and worked. |

The product did not make me jittery, and the bowel movements were tolerable. However, I only lost 2lbs taking this while following a meal plan similar to what is recommended. |

I had a really hard time with this product. I did my research and read the reviews, but I didn't expect to react as harshly as I did.
I followed the directions to a tee. Two hours after my second dose I had to have someone drive me home from work. I had horrible stomach cramps, sweating, headache, and lightheaded feeling.

It didn't really work for me. I was constipated for 2 days even though I was taking it as recommended on the bottle and drinking plenty of water. When my BMs did resume they were smaller than when I started taking the product!
It also had horrible BO on the product. I even upped my hygiene routine after I detected this, but it didn't help. |

| took it for the first time at lunch yesterday. within 1.5hours i had one of the worst migraines i've had in a long time. i was out of commission from about 2pm until 10pm (even with migraine meds), didnt want to take the second dose to chance it coming back. dont know if it was an ingredient in it, the weahter, the moon, whatever... but just a heads up for those who get migraines to be watchful of it. |

| fourth day into my cleanse, i felt ill. feverish...bowels moving...so sick i can't get out of bed. After about 12 hours feeling this way laying in bed. Felt urge to vomit...well i couldn't really figure out what it was I was throwing up. There were these large oval compact brown pellets. about an inch and a half long about half inch or more circum. After wondering what i had eaten as I lay on the bathroom floor. I vomit again...upon closer inspection...i notice i have been throwing up undigested slimquick pills! i threw up about 16 or so. I was taking them as directed, my stomach was not digesting them. Makes sense why i had not been feeling very hungry the last few days...i had a pile of swollen gel caps in my stomach. DO not buy these. waste of money and a waste of two days of my week feeling very very ill. |

I started on this product, per the instructions a week ago. Three days into it I was telling my co-worker that I thought it was binding me up rather than cleansing. That night I called the company to confirm I was taking it correctly. We spoke about taking it 45 minutes before eating, etc.
Two days later I still didn't have a bm so I drank a cup of coffee.
Half an hour later, like little blue (expensive) kernels of corn, they blasted through undigested along with everything they had backed up.
At $20 a box, save your cash and go buy a 69 cent cup of coffee. |

| I bought and used this product a couple of weeks ago, I used it as prescribed in the instructions. And, for me, it was a waste of money. I did not notice a difference at all. It did not "cleanse" or "detox" my body. I actually had to take a laxative the day after my week was completed because I think it had the opposite effect! Maybe if you buy the more long term product it would be different? Or maybe if I didn't already work out and eat right? This did nothing for me. |

| I purchased in attempts to try and loose the last few stubborn pounds in the long process of weight loss. I had none of the "negative effects" and actually found myself eating more. Not to mention each time I got on the scale for 7 days the scale only then went in the wrong direction. I guess I'll have to try my hand at something else and keep jogging daily very sorry I wasted my money on it. |
