Jillian Michael's Product doesn't offer you weight loss. It offers you a Detox and cleanse. Simple. Many people I've talked to are expecting weight loss, when they shouldn't. From taking this product, I have felt waaaaay more energized, and in NO WAY bloated. It has been very effective in regulating my digestive system.
I never feel as if I'm blocked.
I thought the product did exactly what it told me it would do. I really enjoyed it, and plan on using it again! People need to stop thinking there's a magical cure for weight loss. This merely helps your body jump start that, and get it ready to lose weight. |

| As soon as I started taking this I felt a HUGE difference in my energy level, but not in an unhealthy way. I doubled my workout time which felt great! Also helped with bloating. Regulated my BM in a healthy way (not getting too graphic on that note). The only thing I didnt like was that it was just pills in a box, not written directions. I had to search for them on the outside of the box. This is NOT a weight loss pill, so people who are complaining about not losing weight make me laugh. But all in all, a good product and I would purchase it again! |

| Honestly, I totally bought into all the Biggest Loser hype and bought this product. I completed the full program. The only noticeable results I had was wicked diarrhea and gas that persisted for about a week even after i stopped taking the supplement. There are similar, but cheaper products on the market. If I am feeling a glutton for intestinal punishment, perhaps I will snatch it up. |

| I took the final probiotic replenishment pill today and so far nothing. There were three days when I went to the bathroom more than usual, but that was about it. I am a relatively regular and healthy person, but have been struggling to get rid of my stomach "pooch" and have been so lethargic that I decided to take this program and give it a try. No luck. |

| Used this product along with healthy clean diet and exercise (strength and cardio), lost 24 pounds quickly. As soon as I stopped using it, I gained back almost all of it.... gave me a terrible taste in my mouth! Slowed my weight loss for the following 2 months... I'd be way ahead if I'd just kept doing what I should (with out wasting my money and poisoning and confusing my body)! Good luck if you decide to try this... I absolutely do not recommend it! |

| I am on day 5 and nothing has happened. It did nothing for the bloating or for the "detox" and did not see any change in energy levels yet. I did not buy it for weight loss. The big box it comes in contains only pills, no other written instructions. The only instructions are on the box. I am not sure if the first dose needs to be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or if food has any effect on the effectiveness or if it takes the entire regimen to see the benefit. I will not use it again. |

| This product did nothing to reduce bloat or increase energy. I did experience stomach cramping and feeling extremely full. Directions are only what you see on the outside of the box. No dietary tips such as what to eat or what not to eat included. I cut back my caloric intake while taking this. Added more fruits & vegetables, reduced carbs & proteins to see if these capsules made a difference. They did not. I already drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This was a waste of money. |

| This was a joke. I saw no change in energy level - if it's supposed to rid you of the bloat, it fails. The directions were so shotty and vague. No dietary suggestions accompanied the product - I was not sure if it should be taken on empty stomach or with food, it just said drink a glass of water. WTH? Seriously folks don't waste your money - there's no kick start involved here at all. Sorry Jillian...I do like you, but your product, well, it sucks. |

| I bought the detox system because I'd be having problems with my stomach and thought this might help. NOT THE CASE. I did not notice a decrease in bloating, appetite, much less energy level. And then to top it off, the colon cleanse stripped me of ALL bacteria (not just good) so I got a yeast infection when I was done taking it! I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, much less those looking to loose weight. If you want to loose weight change the way you eat (permanently so you can KEEP the weight off) and exercise!! |

I ordered it from jillians website where she is pushing her program when you order the supplements she automatically gives you a free week for her online diet program, the week starts immediately with the order and in seven days your credit card is charged $50.00 for a ridiculous program. The supplements don't work. DON'T ORDER THIS IT'S A TRICK. |

| I thought this lady was for real and figured her endorsement meant it works, but it didn't work at all. Saw absolutely no difference in BMs, bloating or energy. In fact, a fiber bar works better at cleansing. Don't waste your money on this one. |

| I am disappointed that Jillian has gone the route of a sell-out, pushing useless, costly supplements; while all the while pushing exercise and diet on the Biggest Loser show. You would think from the dialogue on the show, where the REAL elements of weight loss are emphasized--exercise and eating right, as it should be--that any kind of profit-oriented only supplement would be shunned. But that is not the case. If it isn't obvious that Jillian is milking her opportunity to make BIG BUCKS via her exposure on the Biggest Loser, then anyone who buys this product or any other magical, quick-fix diet aid should take their blinders off. Spend your money on a personal trainer instead and buy REAL, healthy, whole food and forget the supplements! Those are the ONLY things that truly work! |
